CRUST: Stir together whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, granulated sugar and salt in large bowl. Cut in coconut oil with a pastry blender until mixture looks like coarse crumbs. Stir in water until mixture forms a ball. Roll dough into a 12-inch circle on lightly floured surface. Transfer to a 9-inch pie pan and flute the edges.
