This Christmas I was able to transport my Grandma by means of culinary time travel when I surprised her with her childhood favorite Swedish dessert, Ostakaka (Cheese Cake). It is an, almond flavored, crustless cheesecake that delights the tongue when paired with tart cranberries. Enjoy!
