Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper. Whisk together all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl: Flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt. Stir in the melted butter, milk, eggs and pineapple juice. Stir everything together until it is smooth.
